Diese Küstenlinie von Messenien führt entlang des Ionischen Meers und der Bucht von Navarino. Sie umfasst einige der schönsten Strände des Peloponnes, wie Romanos, Voidokoilia und Chrisi Akti.

Strand Romanos. Ein großer Sandstrand mit herrlichem, glasklarem Wasser am Ionischen Meer. Er ist stellenweise ausgestattet, blickt auf das Ionische Meer und wird von Halbinseln in mehrere kleinere Strände unterteilt. Die Küste wird von der Unechten Karettschildkröte aufgesucht, um dort ihre Eier zu legen. 
In der Nähe des Standes befindet sich das berühmte Resort Costa Navarino, wobei Dunes Beach mit der Blauen Flagge ausgezeichnet wurde. 

Voidokoilia. Der weltweit bekannte Strand gehört zu den schönsten in ganz Griechenland. Das Wasser nimmt alle möglichen Blautöne an, von Türkis über Grün zu Tiefblau.

Strand von Gialova. Der Strand der Siedlung ist mit Strandbars ausgestattet und liegt neben der Strandpromenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés. Im Strandbereich Richtung Pylos befinden sich die Anlagen von W Costa Navarino.

Divari/Chrisi Ammos. Ein langer Strand mit seichtem, kristallklarem Wasser, Sand und Tamarisken an einigen Stellen. Es gibt eine moderne Strandbar und Wassersportanlagen. Am Ende des Strandes befindet sich das sogenannte Perasma tis Sykias (Feigenbaumpassage), ein enger Meeresstreifen, der die Bucht von Navarino mit dem Ionischen Meer verbindet. Wenn man dorthin schwimmt, gelangt man nach Sphakteria und kann an dem dortigen Strand schwimmen. Nördlich von Chrisi Ammos erstreckt sich die berühmte Gialova-Lagune.
