With Neapoli as your point of departure, you can go swimming at various beaches of the region of Vatika - sandy, organised, more secluded, little bays, etc. Drive to the northwest, to the north or to the east and discover them. At a very short distance lies exotic Simos and other beaches of Elafonisos.
Beach of Neapoli Enormous sandy beach with clear waters. It stretches before Neapoli, has all facilities, and has been rewarded with a Blue Flag multiple times. To the west, there are sandy coves for those seeking more privacy.
Pounta-Pavlopetri Pounta is an exotic big sandy beach, always with waves, a hangout for surfers. You will be impressed by the strip of sand entering the turquoise waters, resembling the neighbouring Elafonisos. Nearby lies Pavlopetri beach, and at a short distance the sunken city. There are marked underwater trails, and you can admire it while snorkelling.
Neratziona (Panagitsa) It lies after Pounta, with sand and the chapel of Panagia. There are facilities.
Mangano Golden sand, beautiful turquoise waters, cedars for shade.
TO THE NORTHWEST
Platanistos-Limnes Coastal settlement east of Marathias. It has the extended beautiful beach of the same name, named after the small ponds formed by the sea waves and rainwater.
Marathias Its northern part is called Panaritis. It has light blue shallow waters and sand. In the settlement of Marathias, there are café-bars and restaurants.
Archangelos The organised beach of the small settlement is ideal for families. In close proximity, there are more coves with sand or pebbles.
Plytra Coastal settlement near Molaoi, with an organised sandy beach. In the region of Kokkinies, the ancient city of Asopos was located, and you’ll see ruins of it on the coast. When the weather is good, more ancient ruins are visible in the sea. The city is though to have sunk due to an earthquake in 365 AD.
Mpoza of Asopos Beach with thick sand, saplings, a nice fishing ground.
Elia (Viandini) Beautiful beach, 9 km southwest of Molaoi, at the location of ancient Viandini. It is protected from the wind and ideal for swimming.
TO THE SOUTH
Aspes With dark-coloured sand, nice waters and rocks scattered on the coast.
Rismari A cove with light-coloured sand and shallow turquoise waters, popular with the residents of Agios Nikolaos.

Agios Pavlos-Velanidia Agios Pavlos lies near the beautiful village of Velanidia. It is a small beach with sand and pebbles, protected from the wind.
Panagia of Kastania It is located near the cave of Kastania. There are two sandy coves, surrounded by small fisherman huts.
