GREEK NATIONAL SCHOOL OF DANCE Direction: Daphnis Kokkinos
THIRD YEAR STUDENT PRESENTATIONS
The 3rd-year students of the Greek National School of Dance participate in the Kalamata International Dance Festival, bringing to the stage the vitality of a new generation of dancers.
The experience of performing live in such a major international festival is an essential part of their education, as dance can only be fully learned through practice. In this first encounter with the public, knowledge and application become one, marking the first steps of their journey in the art of dance.
JASMIN VARDIMON TOMORROW [20’]
Tomorrow, by Jasmin Vardimon, is a dynamic choreographic composition originally created in 2013 for the Jasmin Vardimon Company’s JV2 programme. The choreography combines physical theatre, expressive movement, and intense physicality, crafting a layered experience for the audience. It is marked by the integration of text, surreal imagery, and vocal expression — key characteristics of Vardimon’s signature methodology.
DANAE & DIONYSIOS THREE FRIENDS OF WINTER [20’]

Our creative process involved constructing moving images, not from an anthropocentric perspective, but through engaging with our existence as an integral part of nature as a whole.
